For subscriptions, We allow refunds within 14 days of purchase. You can refund yourself in the dashboard using this link: https://melodyseek.curve.to/profile.
However, as we provide free credits to new users to try our services, we do not provide refunds for one-time purchases.

By using melodyseek.curve.to, you agree to receive important product updates from melodyseek.curve.to via the email linked with your Google account or the email you used to register your account.
You can opt-out of this product updates anytime by clicking to the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email.
6. Disclaimer
It is not warranted that melodyseek.curve.to will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
melodyseek.curve.to does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. melodyseek.curve.to shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused melodyseek.curve.to's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by melodyseek.curve.to. melodyseek.curve.to shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event melodyseek.curve.to are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that melodyseek.curve.to's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release melodyseek.curve.to from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.
8. General Terms and Law
You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and melodyseek.curve.to as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of melodyseek.curve.to. You agree that melodyseek.curve.to will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.
9. Term & Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid period. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

- Generate, distribute, or facilitate deepfake content — including AI-synthesized audio, video, or images — that impersonates real individuals or is intended to deceive viewers about its origin or authenticity.
- Generate content that sexualizes minors or violates child protection laws.
- Produce malware, phishing content, or cyberattack tools.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
- Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Service.
- Resell or sub-license access to the Service without prior written approval.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or card network rule.
10.3 AI-Specific Prohibitions
In addition to the general prohibitions above, given the AI-powered nature of the Service, you specifically agree NOT to:
- Use Service inputs, outputs, model responses, or any derivative thereof to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distil, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model that competes, directly or indirectly, with the Service or MelodySeek's products.
- Systematically scrape, extract, or harvest model outputs at scale for purposes other than your own authorised use of the Service.
- Represent AI-generated outputs as the work of a human professional (e.g., a licensed doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser) in contexts where such misrepresentation could cause harm.
